Monica & Tanner

9.8.17

Monica & Tanner wanted a ceremony that truly reflected them, so they found a venue in their hometown of Huntington Beach, California. Monica owns a floral design company and loved creating all the arrangements for her own special day. The couple chose a tropical theme, which was perfect considering Tanner's Hawaiian roots. His sisters and grandmother even performed a traditional hula at the reception!

in her own words...

"Tanner & I have actually known each other since kindergarten! We began dating in high school, but things became serious after graduation, when we both decided (separately) to attend Arizona State University.

Fast forward six years later...he proposed on the beach where we had one of our first dates so many years ago. I was in complete shock. Afterwards, he put together a huge surprise party with all of our family and friends. It was the absolute best!"

THE ISLA GOWN  |  Monica first saw Isla on Pinterest and just knew she had to try it on. It was exactly what she envisioned, but had no idea she would fall in love so fast.

"My gown was a dream! I especially loved the lace detailing and low back. I knew I wanted a gown that was comfortable, light, and would blow in the wind on the beach. This one checked all the boxes."
